Tom Schwaegler
is the founder of Odelia Pacific Properties, Inc. Tom grew up in Yakima, Washington with 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He has been involved in real estate since 1987 and has owned and managed numerous
properties.
Tom’s primary objective is to build long-term,
trust-based relationships with his clients, a philosophy that has
produced an exceptional level of repeat and referral clients.
Tom also establishes company policy and coordinates
long range planning and operational objectives for Odelia Pacific
Properties. He also oversees the day-to-day brokerage activities
of the company.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Washington,
where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
