Prior to getting her real estate license, Alicia had been both buyer and seller herself, since 1992, so she knows that when someone is confident in the care they receive, attaining their goal becomes a smoother process. As an associate with Odelia Pacific Properties, it is Alicia’s ongoing goal to instill that confidence in her clients and provide the utmost in individual attention.
Her expertise is in single-family homes, working with both homebuyers and sellers, and she welcomes working with investors. Her personal holdings currently include investment and vacation properties, providing her with additional insights necessary to complete these transactions. Being active as a shareholder in a land cooperative in Kitsap County provides her with the opportunity to help clients in that area also.
Coming from a family of architects and builders, and with her background in the arts, administration and management, Alicia continues to bring a professional yet personal touch to all of her business relationships. Third generation to Seattle (born and raised in the Ravenna neighborhood), Alicia holds a BFA and MFA from the University of Washington. Her passions are in the arts, architecture, landscaping and the Pacific Northwest.
