As a result
of exciting and interesting life experiences, Ann speaks French
and some Spanish, is a former international airline hostess, teacher,
and business owner and has lived in Austin, Coconut Grove, San Francisco
(Sausalito), Seattle (Fremont), and Switzerland. Trained in several
disciplines, including neurolinguistic patterning, special education
(MA), and French (BA) with an emphasis in the arts, Ann has the
ability to relate to many different thinking styles and to the individual
needs of her customers and clients.
A resident of Fremont and a Puget Sound native, Ann
devotes a significant proportion of her time and energy to community
service, and currently is an active member of the Rotary Club of
Fremont. Her personal interests include the mountains and waters
of the Puget Sound region, international travel, languages, music,
herb and flower gardening, interior design, including feng shui,
natural healing in all its forms and the dynamics of human motivation
and learning.
Real Estate
Ann is a licensed broker in Washington State. Currently, she is
an associate broker with Odelia Pacific Properties. Ann has sold
single family homes, condominiums, and small apartments, working
both as an exclusive listing agent and as a selling agent for Buyers.
Ann spent 10 years with Windermere Capitol Hill before joining Odelia
Pacific Properties as designated broker in 2001. Odelia Pacific
Properties provided her with an ideal location to serve her Greater
Seattle customers in a smaller, boutique office, that services both
residential and investment customers. Annâs focus area is Fremont,
Wallingford, and ănorth of the cutä. She has also worked in raw
land sales and developed a 26 lot, environmentally conscious, plat
in the Gig Harbor area near Fox Island.
