Demetrios joins us after working in the local commercial real estate industry for two years. He worked as an Assistant Investment Manager for Schnitzer Northwest before working for SAIC. He has first hand knowledge of the multi-family market in and around Seattle. After his personal experience buying a house as an Odelia client the decision to join the team was an easy one. At Odelia Pacific Properties, he will simplify the buying and selling process for clients, negotiate the best possible price and terms, and facilitate the closing process. Demetrios graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a BS degree in Systems Engineering and currently serves in the Navy Reserves as an Intelligence Officer.
